Amazing condition Carlos Lopez Master Built Fender Broadcaster. King of the telecasters. Comes with all certficates, paper work and hang tags. The neck shape is more of a soft V than a U in my opinion. Quite an incredible guitar.
The Fender Master Built 70th Anniversary Carlos Lopez Broadcaster is a limited-edition electric guitar that was released in 2020 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Fender Broadcaster, which was later renamed the Telecaster.
The guitar was crafted by celebrated Fender Master builder - Carlos Lopez. It features a lightweight ash body with a thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish in a classic blonde colour. The neck is made of maple and features a comfortable "U" shape and a 9.5" radius fingerboard with 21 narrow-tall frets.
The guitar is equipped with two custom Shop Hand-Wound '50-'51 Blackguard single-coil pickups that deliver authentic vintage Telecaster tones. It also features a three-way pickup selector switch, a modern Telecaster bridge with three brass saddles, and vintage-style tuners.
Other features of the guitar include a 70th anniversary neck plate, a custom leather strap, a deluxe hardshell case, and a certificate of authenticity and all candy. Only 70 of these guitars were made, making them highly sought after by collectors and players alike.
