Fresh for 2017, this Fender Custom Shop Tele is built to authentic 1955 specs, and has the look of a guitar straight out of that era. If you're looking for an exceptional recreation of a '50s original, then look no further. With its Ash body and riff sawn maple neck, you get a light look and feel, with the weight of this Tele clocking in at just over 7 pounds. Its Honey Blonde finish shows off the ash woodgrain nicely, and along with its expertly-done relic job, this guitar's look is nothing short of extremely special. It feels, plays, and sounds like it's straight out of the early days as well, with a 1954 Nocaster "U" neck profile, Handwound Broadcaster and Handwound 55/56 Tele Esquire pickups, and classic hardware, such as a 3-saddle bridge, knurled chrome knobs, and Vintage-Style tuning machines. This 2017 Limited model also features an Engraved Limited Edition neck plate for instant validation of its collectible status.
