Yes indeedy....Right after the demise of Orville by Gibson the Gibson and Epiphone company decided to keep manufacturing going in Japan for the Epiphoine brand. These Japanese Epiphones were made between 1998 and 2002. This is one of the best bang for buck guitars in the shop currently.
