The classic non weight relieved Mahogany body and AA grade Flame Maple top produces the massive tone that Les Pauls of this era are known for, and the set in Mahogany 60’s Slim taper neck gives this guitar a slick playability that made the 1960’s models so desirable with guitarists that required unbridled playability. The Gibson 61T and 61R Pickups produce the huge sonic palate from chiming top end, muscular mid-range and a deep, chunky bass that remains thick and tight.
