Superb condition Gibson ES-335 1963 Historic Reissue. A beautiful piece from the Gibson Custom Shop. It's very light weight with a nice easy to play neck profile. Comes with all the paper work and original Gibson hard case.
The 1963 Gibson ES335 Block Reissue re-creates the early 1960s revision of the groundbreaking ES-335 thinline models, in particular the version used in Cream by Eric Clapton.
Built as a limited edition historic reissue, the Gibson ES335 Block Reissue is as close as most people can get to the originals. This example was built at the Gibson Nashville plant during 2018, and is in excellent condition with virtually no wear. This model has a lot of desirable features including the Burstbucker pickups and Kluson Deluxe tuners. The Klusons are physically a bit lighter than the Grover Roto-Matics used on a number of other versions, and this helps keep the head weight down, improving balance.
The original Gibson Custom screened case is included, and contains the original case candy and Certificate of Authenticity.
