Who am I? I was once a host on 'Sale of the Century'....yes folks that's correct, Alyce Platt...she's a darn handy singer as well ;)...We are very lucky to have her own 1986 Epiphone Emperor on consignment here at Colonel's head quarters.
The guitar is in very nice condition for the age. There are some minor cracks and dents etc, but nothing alarming. Alyce has been using this guitar professionally for 35 years.
The Epiphone Emperor-F manufactured in Matsumoku, Japan featured an Ebony fretboard with V-Block inlays, a Frequensator tailpiece and gold reflector hat knobs.
