Want something a bit different to a diode clipping overdrive. We use a transistor input buffer to ensure no tone sucking. Then it’s on to four low gain mosfet gain stages where at each stage we tailor the gain so it’s decidedly asymmetrical and we include some tricky wave shaping.
Sizzle goes from a light crunch, to extreme fuzz. Phat goes from treble cut to treble boost, and a gain switch allows for both low and high gain modes.
