These prices do not always include a hard case or shipping. If a hard case or shipping is included in the priceit will be outlined in the description of the product. Original hardcases are not always available. Guitars can be shipped in guitar friendly cardboard boxes packed with paper and foam.

Returns and Refunds
We offer a 24 Hour Return and Refund policy for items bought via the internet, less shipping. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be returned undamaged and in full working condition. This policy does not apply to items bought in person from our store, or ebay auctions.
 Post 24 hours . All products sold have been tried and tested. Returns and refunds are only accepted if the product is damaged and/or unusable. The Guitar Colonel accepts no responsibility for damage caused by the courier company. Returns must be arranged prior to sending.
Holding Fees. A minimum deposit of $100 is required to hold items. It is at the managers discretion whether to refund this amount.
Buying over the internet can be frustrating at the best of times. We want you to have the best experience possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 24 hours to discuss.
